Classroom supplies are included in the tuition.
The equivalent of one months tuition is due no later than May 1st. This is applied to the annual fee and in the case of monthly payments as the payment of June. Tuition is due in full on September 1st. CKEC offers the option of 9 monthly payments due September 1st and post-dated September 1st to May 1st inclusive.

*CKEC programs offer 10% discount for siblings. The discount is applied to the lowest fee.
*N.S.F. cheques will be charged a $10.00 administration fee.
PROGRAM ENROLMENT
Pre-primary Classes:
Submit a completed application form along with a non-refundable $25.00 application fee. Students must be four by December 31st.
Primary Class:
Submit a completed application form along with a non-refundable $25.00 application fee. Students must be five by December 31st.
A readiness assessment is required for children who are not enrolled in the pre-primary program. This assessment does not guarantee acceptance.
Upon receipt of an acceptance letter, return the registration forms along with a $100.00 non-refundable registration fee. This confirms your child’s registration in the primary program. A copy of your child’s birth certificate must be presented prior to starting classes.
Grades One through Five:
Submit a completed application form along with a non-refundable $25.00 application fee. You will be contacted to arrange a time to visit the school with your child. Upon receipt of an acceptance letter, return the registration forms along with a $100.00 non-refundable registration fee. This confirms your child’s registration in the school. Copies of previous school reports should be forwarded to CKEC.
The Clubhouse:
Contact CKEC by phone (832-KIDS) or email creativekids@accesswave.ca to arrange a time to visit the center. When space becomes available you will be requested to submit completed registration forms along with a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee.
Specialty Camps:
The schedule for the camps will be posted on our website - www.creativekids.info. Flyers can be requested by phone or email. We continue to accept applications until camps are full.

Please note: that siblings of students currently enrolled at CKEC will be given priority as well as students enrolled at Creative Kids Preschool.
