Camp Refund Policy

Camp Cancellations:

We know plans change! We want to be flexible for our campers and families.

• Up until 11:59pm on May 31st, 2026 camp cancellations will be eligible for a full refund
• From June 1st, 2026 onwards and 21 days or more before your camp start date cancellations can be accommodated with a fee. There will be a cancellation fee of $75.00 per camper per camp.
• Camps cancelled within 21 days of the start date will remain fully billed, as staffing and program commitments will have already been finalized.

How to Cancel: Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to creativekids@creativekids.fastoche.ca. The cancellation date will be considered the date the written notice is received.

Changes to Registration: There will be no charge to move registration to a different camp (provided that there is space). If the new camp is at a higher price then the difference will be due.

Exceptional Circumstances: Creative Kids Education Centre may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in cases of serious illness or injury when supporting documentation is provided.

A water bottle is needed each day.

Wear sturdy shoes—crocks, sandals, and flip flops are not safe but can be packed in backpack and used for water activities.

Children may bring a lunch or buy from the menu at $6/meal. We provide a morning/afternoon snack.

Dress in weather appropriate clothes— students must be prepared to be outside for much of the day. Young students should have a change of clothes available.
