Refund and Cancellation Policy


Participant cancellation:

Must be 2 weeks prior scheduled start date and is subject to a $20 Administrative fee.

There will be no charge to move registration to a different program.

No refunds after the program begins.  In the case of medical or family  emergencies, credits will be given for future programs.

Refunds are not granted for inclement weather

We reserve the right to cancel or combine programs with fewer than 4 students. Full refunds will be given if we cancel a program.



Payment for Classes:

We accept cash, debit, credit card, or online credit card payment.

Credit card payments can be made by phone once registered.

Full payment for  camps are due at the time of registration.

Note:-Current ckec customers can choose to split their payments on June 15, 2013 and July 30,2013 and can choose to have us debit their accounts or pay by one of the above methods.



Program Registration:

To register for Summer Camps:

You must have a registered account with us to use the summer camp registration form

Complete online registration form and choose to pay online or by cash/debit, in

person at 109 WhiteHills  Run , Hammonds Plains

If you do not have access to the internet  you can register by calling Creative Kids at 902-832-5437

Pre/After Care is available at no extra charge.

Single day registrations are accepted.



Program Requirements:

A water bottle is needed each day.

Wear sturdy shoes—crocks, sandals, and flip flops are not safe but can be packed in backpack and used for water activities.

Children may bring a sack lunch or buy from the menu at $5/meal. We provide a morning/afternoon snack.

Dress in weather appropriate clothes— students must be prepared to be outside for much of the day. Young students should have a change of clothes available.
